Meta ROAS 14.65 and gross sales up 66% in 5 days for a Romanian soap brand.
A Romanian natural soap brand (anonymized), managed by us on Meta Ads. In the seasonal campaign from 1 to 5 March 2023, the ads generated a ROAS of 14.65 at a cost per acquisition of 12.19 RON, according to Meta attribution. The store recorded 114,050.82 RON in gross sales across all channels, compared with 68,567.37 RON on 1–5 March 2022: +66.33% year on year. The WooCommerce total, after coupons and including shipping, is separate: 119,475.24 RON. ROAS expresses the value of platform-attributed conversions relative to advertising spend; it is not profit.

Measurable advertising returns. Real store growth.
Demand for cosmetics rises sharply around Mărțișor and International Women's Day on 8 March. We built a seasonal Meta campaign and measured the result in two places: what the platform reported and what the store recorded. Meta reports ROAS of 14.65. WooCommerce gross sales grew 66.33% year on year.
The year-on-year comparison uses the same metric: gross sales. Calculation: (114,050.82 / 68,567.37 − 1) × 100 = 66.33%. The 119,475.24 RON figure is the WooCommerce total after coupons and including shipping, not the basis for this percentage.
Reconciliation for 1–5 March 2023: 114,050.82 RON gross sales − 5.00 RON coupons + 5,429.42 RON shipping = 119,475.24 RON total. Returns and taxes are 0 in the report screenshot. These figures describe store reporting at the time of capture, not bank receipts or confirmed profit.
The 78,525.21 RON attributed by Meta is reported separately and is not added to the WooCommerce total. The difference between the store and Meta does not itself prove the contribution of organic or email channels; the screenshot does not provide order-by-order reconciliation or an incrementality test.

Meta Ads: 5,361.62 RON spent, 78,525.21 RON conversion value, average ROAS 14.65, 440 sales at 12.19 RON each. The best ad sets reached 18–24x.

The store: 114,050.82 RON gross sales, compared with 68,567.37 RON in the same period of 2022, or +66.33% year on year. The "Total sales" column separately totals 119,475.24 RON for the five days, including shipping after coupons.
Two warm-up days. Three peak days.
The campaign was structured in stages. The first two days warmed up audiences at a small budget. On 3–5 March, the daily store totals were between 31,846.26 and 45,692.53 RON per dayas WooCommerce totals after coupons and including shipping. The peak was on 5 March; these daily figures are not gross sales.
From November through March. Account results.
The account had been actively managed since November 2022. That month's screenshot shows individual campaigns with ROAS of 20.38x and 16.22x, on a total account budget of 6,711.34 RON.

November 2022, four months before the seasonal peak: individual campaigns at 20.38x, 16.22x and others. Total budget 6,711.34 RON. The 20.38x and 16.22x ROAS figures belong to the indicated campaigns, not the entire account.
The figures come from historical screenshots of Meta Ads Manager and WooCommerce shown in the study. For 1–5 March 2023, Meta reports 5,361.62 RON spent, 78,525.21 RON attributed value, 440 purchases and ROAS of 14.65. WooCommerce separately reports gross sales, coupons, shipping and order totals across all channels. The +66.33% comparison uses only gross sales for 1–5 March 2023 versus 1–5 March 2022. We do not add Meta attribution to store totals, equate it with incremental impact or present orders as bank receipts or profit.
