This cookie policy covers the English website operated under the ALLSoft Agencybrand at allsoftagency.com, the English counterpart of allsoftagency.ro.

What are cookies?

Cookies can recognize a device and remember information about previous preferences or actions. This website also uses browser local storage for your analytics choice and session storage for enquiry attribution context.

Types of cookies and browser storage used
4.1. By duration
Session
Temporary. The first-visit enquiry context is held in session storage for the browser session; it does not store the form details you type.
Persistent
Remains on the device beyond the session. Your analytics choice is stored locally on this device so the website can remember it.
4.2. By purpose
Third-Party Services and Related Storage
Third-party providers apply their own privacy policies and retention terms. The English website uses the following services and local records; it does not copy the Romanian website's analytics and advertising tag setup.
- Cloudflare: website hosting, request security and Turnstile verification for the enquiry form.
- Enquiry attribution context: a session-only record of landing page, referrer, campaign parameters and available advertising click identifiers, retained between pages for the enquiry. It does not contain the details typed into the form.
- Private ALLSoft Agency CRM: receives submitted enquiries server-to-server. The website keeps an outbox record to support reliable delivery and avoid duplicate submissions.
- Consent preference: your choice is stored on this device under the site's analytics preference. Rejecting analytics keeps Clarity and Ahrefs off; withdrawing consent denies storage and reloads the page. Clarity's own data processing details are described by its provider: Microsoft — privacy statement.
- Microsoft Clarity: website interaction analysis, including heatmaps and session recordings, only after you accept optional analytics.
- Ahrefs Web Analytics: aggregate website traffic statistics. Ahrefs says the tracker uses no cookies or persistent identifiers by default, reports approximate country/city from IP addresses, and discards raw IP addresses. See Ahrefs Web Analytics data details.
- Other analytics and advertising tags: Google Analytics and the Romanian site's advertising tags are not loaded on this English version.
